Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Sharella Bella Children’s Boutique, we want you to love every item you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!
🛍️ Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags and packaging
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
To start a return, email us at kimberly@sharellabella.life with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Clearance or sale items
- Hair accessories
- Personalized or custom items
- Gift cards
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
